how do i keep the laptop power on when i close the cover for the Swift 1?

I am connected to a monitor and, to save space, want to close the laptop cover and still work on the monitor.  The laptop turns off when I close the cover.  How do I change this?

Need to change one setting follow my steps→
1)Right click on battery icon (on taskbar) 
2)Click on Power Options
3)On the left, click on "Choose what closing the lid does". 
4)You will see under power and sleep buttons and lid settings ''when i close the lid " then choose 'do nothing' on battery as well as plugin
