Two issues with this otherwise functional laptop, in order of most pressing to least.

1. Wi-Fi
Last night we lost Wi-Fi, everyone in the house. This morning, everyone has it, except for me. We tried resetting the router and my laptop, and we tried turning my wireless off and on again, and tried forgetting the network and coming back, but nothing seems to make it connect. The error message is just "Can't connect to this network". When I try to troubleshoot the network issues, it only says a cable might be unplugged or broken, which makes no sense as everyone else and my phone can connect. Interestingly enough, I can still connect the laptop to my phone's hotspot, so I'm quite unsure of where the problem lies.

I do not have an Ethernet cable with me at this time.

2. Keyboard
My built in keyboard only sporadically lets me use the following keys: s, k, o, backspace, most numbers. This is a problem. I tried to reset the drivers but it did not help. Pressing harder doesn't seem to do anything usually either. I haven't tried anything else. When it works, it's like nothing is even wrong, but when it doesn't, I can only use the on-screen keyboard. What do I try next?

Any help on either of this issues is greatly appreciated. I'm not too knowledgeable of computers, so let me know what additional information y'all need to help solve this.
