What can cause low fps spikes while gaming?!

Hi.
I own acer nitro an515-54 and as the title suggests I get fps spikes in game. I will provide a benchmark link that I did today in Assassin's Creed Odyssey down below. This huge spike happens in several games: Heroes of the storm, World of Warcraft (the old one. patch 3.3.5) even Hearthstone and as said Assassin's Creed Odyssey... I tried undervolting and processor as I saw it was power limit throttling, it did not help, then I tried to disable turbo boost option (power management>min and max processor state set to 99% - 2.4 GHz) neither this do a thing... all thermals are fine. I get some temperatures but never throttling... can anyone suggest anything?

I checked, your nvidia gpu not running while gaming.
Follow my steps→
Download DDU(display driver uninstaller)and download latest nvidia software from my link select you gpu details and download latest game ready driver

After downloading save both program in download folder then boot in safe mode,now run ddu program then select gpu→clean and restart
After restart you will both in normal mode.
(Now first disable real time protection from settings and turn off wifi)
Then install that latest nvidia software, after installation restart your system.

After completing above steps, open nvidia control panel→add your game.exe file in 3D settings and set high performance nvidia software.

Now you can play your games
(Always add .exe filein nvidia software and set high performance nvidia processor)

I don't think that is the case. I always check my Nvidia Graphics Card status and when I play the games it is active... is there any other thing that you mean? or did I understand you right?

you mean Nvidia Control Panel? in this case I just uninstall it from control panel and reinstall the newer version?

@Olysar yes, Download laptop nvidia software from nvidia driver site https://www.nvidia.in/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-in (Select your gpu details and download game ready driver)
