Why is my monitor turning red on the right half? (SB220Q)

My SB220Q monitor I recently purchased Renewed off amazon turns a tint of red on the right half periodically (photos attached) does anyone know if this is something I can fix on my own or if I have to get a replacement?

    I'd hit the vendor up for a replacement unless too much time has elapsed. They obviously didn't test it well enough before calling it 'refurbished'.
