Helios 300 - RTX 2060 never sleeps - Calculator.exe using GPU?

Hey guys,

I got myself a Helios 300 (i7 9750h, RTX2060) and at first everything was great - using Nvidia GPU Activity app thingy, I could see only games (and Epic launcher....) using my GPU which is great because when the laptop is on idle the GPU should be asleep.

But ever since yesterday all sorts of random apps are using my GPU and preventing it from sleeping (screen shot below). It's all bizarre apps like calculator.exe, logitech drivers etc.

I tried hunting those apps down in the Nvidia Control Panel 3D settings and setting them to integrated but that seems to be doing absolutely nothing!

What can I do? I want to leave my laptop running over night downloading stuff but I'm not happy with the GPU running constantly when it could be sleeping. I know it's a niche but is there anything I can do? Is this a bug?

Open the nvidia control panel and select this option:

Then restart windows.
