My PH315-51-78NP (Acer Predator Helios 300) came with Hewlett Packard software.

I just got my Acer Predator Helios 300 today and I opened the box and started it up and noticed it came with HP software. I know this isn't normal because I bought this same laptop for my wife many months ago and that one came installed with all the software it was supposed to have from Acer. I have pictures to show how it looks.
I'm already calling Acer customer support for this, but is there anything I can do on my end?
Is there software from Acer that I can download or something?

First check with Acer technical support. Now, if your wife's model is ph315-51 and it still contains the operating system provided by Acer, I think it's okay to run the layout for this video:

You have three options:a) exchange the notebook with the seller, claiming the software problem;b) check the issue of software warranty with Acer technical support;c) or follow the tip of the video I sent you above, backing up the operating system that your wife's notebook and then installing it on your notebook.Oi! Yes, the seller must have been in there and reimaged it with the wrong software. That's likely why the wireless isn't working, the two manufacturers have different WiFi hardware.
