Where can I get a keyboard & bezel for my Acer P273-MG-6448 laptop

I need a replacement keyboard & bezel for my Acer P273-MG-6448 laptop.
I've seen several on the internet, some are just not the right size, but none of them seem to include the gray bezel.
Although, in the photo, the bezel looks like it slopes off at the edges, it actually slopes inwards and downwards towards the keyboard...

The light gray bezel is joined to the keyboard by about 20 small round rods that stick through the keyboard.

The small round rods are melted to the back of the keyboard during manufacture so that they hold the keyboard and bezel together.

I'm sure I could undo these, but it would be almost impossible to re-attach to a new keyboard.

Anyone know of where I can get this combination. Dave S.

You should contact the Acer parts partners of your country.

I checked out the link to companies that are supposed to carry ACER Parts, and here is what I found (spoiler - it's not good!):

USA Partners:

Capital Data http://www.capitaldatausa.com/ 1-800-999-4409 – called several times - filled out web form & left voice messages - no one ever got back to me.

Called some more and eventually spoke to a guy (name withheld) who said he would look into my need and call me back - no call back

Called a day later and spoke to the same guy (name withheld) who said he would look into my need and call me back - no call back.

Terrible integrity and service!

Kahlon http://www.kahlon.com/ 1-800-317-9989 - called 5/6 3:54 - don't carry keyboards and wished that Acer would take them off their list of parts suppliers!

Canada Partners:

SourceIT http://www.sourceitstore.ca/ 1-866-414-9303 - Easy to get hold of and helpful but don't have the specific keyboard for my laptop but gave me the part number for it...
