Acer Aspire V3-574 fan making very loud noises. Discovered the sheet film beneath it is cracked!

Hi,

Recently my Acer Aspire V3-574 fan has started to make very loud noises. It sounds like an airplane has just taken off every time! This started a couple of weeks ago and is now happening more regularly. I thought there was perhaps something wrong with the fan but it was fine. However, after I removed the fan I instead discovered that there was actually a crack underneath on the laptop on a brown film/sheet. I'm pretty sure this is the cause of the noises when the air from the fan is making it rattle, but I'm not sure where to find this part from so I can replace it or what it is called. I have circled the area in yellow in the photo. Can anyone help me?

I just turned the laptop on and the fan seems to be struggling to turn which is what is making the noise and it has got very hot quickly. Bit confused.
