Fan speed issue when running linux Nitro 7

I have an Nitro 7 and I tried booting a linux (Manjaro gnome 19).

The fan speed did not slow down at all (In the most IDLE situation when nothing is running and CPU and ram usage are low).
I was wondering does Acer have a driver or something that can fix this issue?
I tried getting fan speed using lm_sensor and sensor-detect but no fan related sensor was found. But the fan WAS spinning with a high speed.

Is this issue normal and is there anyway to resolve this?

BTW, such problem does not occur in Windows 10. The fan DOES slow down when IDLE.

The fan is controlled by the bios, Manjaro kernel in not handling Acer bios well. Fan sensors are disabled in bios and you can`t controll them. I have tried every distro but Arch based and didn`t had any issue with cooling.

What distros you had the most stability?
Any suggestions for a compatible linux distro for my acer? I'm not really insisting on arch based.

Open SuSe, Mint, Ubuntu(performing gpu wise the best)

I performed a test using a bootable USB containing Ubuntu 20.04 and the fan went quite when IDLE.
So I guess Arch based do not perform very well compatibility with Nitro.
