Windows asking for Activation

I have a helios 300 2019 ph315-52 model and everything was working fine. But today, when I started my laptop I see Windows is asking for activation. It's very random, I'm using my laptop since 6 months and no issues were faced. I never reinstalled/changed windows, I just updated bios about a month ago but everything was working fine until today.
I tried to retrieve the product key using the advanced method (copying a line of code and save it as vbs file) and I did get my key and when I tried to activate using this key, it says 'The product key you entered didn't work, check the product key and try again'.
What should I do?
Tried contacting microsoft india but their agents are taking forever to come and chat.

kindly check with Acer online chat support once, They might help.

I am using same model from past 7 months, updated BIOS 2 times, as of now works fine except more memory consumption by default after upgrade win 1909 version.
