Enabling turbo boost in acer aspire 3 i3 8130U

Hello!

I am having a problem with my laptop which is the turbo boosting is disabled all of a sudden which occurred due to unknown reasons, but i have tried solutions but none worked including power plans.

And the i doesn't have any option in the bios to turn it on.

My laptop is Acer aspire 3 A315-53-373B

Sorry for my bad English , but i have been using my laptop for the past two years with out problem and with turbo boost upto 3.4GHz.

I just installed intel Extreme utility to find what happened and there i found the turbo boost was disabled.

please help!
i have tried every thing i could find and now i have reinstalled windows and waiting from this community to help!

Right click on battery icon in taskbar→power option→select high performance plan→click on change plan settings (The right side of the high performance powerplan)→change advanced settings→expand processor power management
Now, expand minimum processor state and set 100% on plugged in
Again, expand maximum processor state and set 100% on plugged in

Now apply→ok→play your game

Those are already set to 100% states but no boost , i wish this was the solution, as i rushed towards my laptop to apply these.😢

Bro i had so much hope for this , but even this didn;t help me, i just installed it and it is still the same at 2.2 GHz OMG!

look at this pic i just took i i was stress testing this , so maybe i could get the boost, i have low temps it should turbo boost now, but no even without stress testing the temps are at 40celcius but still no boost.

its like hard stuck 2.2GHz i have tried updating the drivers to latest by uninstalling and deleting previous versions of drivers but no fruit to it.

By default or after some updates turbo boost will only activate when there is demand for high performance.
For example→play games then get your cpu GHZ
