The essence of the problem: while I play PUBG Lite and other games, the frame periodically freezes for 1-2 seconds and returns to normal fps (70-100). After which there was a problem I can’t say, I think even it was from the very beginning.

Connect your wifi or Ethernet connection
Open cmd as administrator then copy and paste these both commands one by one

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

    sfc /scannow

After completing both commands restart your system and check

The first command produced this result:
An error occurred while trying to start the servicing operation of the image located in C: \.
    and second:
Windows Resource Protection did not detect any integrity violations.
I think it makes no sense to reboot

Finally, I fixed the friezes by optimizing the ssd of the disk on which Windows 10 is installed. I am writing for those who have encountered or will encounter the same problem. What I've done:
    1. Turned on Trim
    2. Disable defragmentation of system files at boot
    3. Disable hibernation mode
    4. Disabled defragmentation service
    5. Deleted the swap file for the system drive (SSD)
All this is conveniently done in the SSD Mini Tweaker program.
