Crysis 3 Deluxe Edition crashing after intro video?

Hey Guys! Hope all are doing well! I love playing the Crysis games but my Crysis 3 Deluxe edition of the game is crashing after intro video or when I click to play the tutorial after campaign or when I try to open the nano suit showroom from extras tab.I have been trying to solve the issue for past 3 days from looking at various youtube channels and sites but failed. Things that I tried were:

Turned-off both avast and defender and installed the game.
Uninstalled Avast in order to install the game(also turned off defender while installing ).
Replaced both exe file and rld.dll file with another file given from youtube.
Tried typing the "map canyon" command in the main menu after pressing "~".
I restored the rld.dll files from quarantine of the anti virus.
Added my folder into the nvidia graphics card properties to run with processor
Tried running with "Run as administrator"
Tried changing the compatibility to windows xp sp3
I updated the windows too.
