Random Windows 10 bugs

This problem started about 1 month ago.  I was trying to shut down my computer but it would abort it and go to the lock screen. Every time you restart, the keyboard back light and fans stay on for about 30 seconds, then shut down.  Upon bootup, task manager indicates that the cpu up time was less than 1 minute.

These two other problems only happened once. First, my computer's memory was full while idling; task manager said that the program using the most RAM was only using 230MB. All other programs used less than 190MB.  Second, I could not open any apps. I managed to open settings, but Ctrl + alt + delete did not work, power options did not work, Win + L did not work. 

My model is PT-515-51

Mind trying reset once using Alt+F10 while turning your PC on? Save data in external drive before doing this.
