Acer Aspire v5-122p-0647 - Need to get past Win 8.1 login and backup Pictures / Restore Factory Defa

I have an Acer Aspire v5-122p-0647 that has been unused for 2-3 years as it became very slow.  The windows password has been forgotten.  Would like to get into the computer.  Back up any family pictures that are on it then reset to Factory Defaults so it will be usable for the kids to do some school work during this Covid-19 funtimes.  So I guess first thing I need help on is getting into the computer as password has been forgotten.

Once I get in I will follow some posts I saw in this form to restore factory defaults.

Appreciate any assistance the community can provide.
