I have an Aspire Z24.  it came with a keyboard and mouse.  I'd like to use a different wifi keyboard but I don't know how to set that up.

Can anyone help, please?

Thanks.

There are a lot of different Z24 models, but pretty much all of them will be the same. If you are going to put a wireless keyboard or keyboard and mouse, the keyboard will come with a little USB dongle. Plug that into one of the USB ports on the back of your system, put the batteries into your devices and they should sync up and just work. No need for special drivers unless the keyboard has a bunch of extra functions, like multi-media controls. Here's an example dongle:
If you have a mix of USB 2.0, 3.0 and 3.1 ports, choose the lowest version, you don't need much speed with a keyboard or mouse. USB 2.0 ports are black, 3.0 blue and 3.1 red or orange...

Thanks for this.  I have another keyboard from my previous acer and i tried to use this but it wasn't recognised.  Does anyone know why?  If I have to buy a new keyboard (windows 10) does anyone have a recommendation, please?

Was the older keyboard wired or wireless? If wireless, did you have the dongle and fresh batteries?
