Battery NOT Charging nor Discharging stuck at 86% Acer Nitro AN515-53.?

How can Use AC power only for heavy task as battery cannot replaced at this time?

Symptoms:
-Wont turn on unless plugged to an outlet
-Turns off immediately if unplugged
-Battery is stuck at 86%
-power-limit throttling 


So I have tried lots of things. I have more or less an idea on what triggers the immediate turning off.
- if charger is unplugged.
- if the task requires huge amount of power.
- if power plan is for best performance.
- if GPU is used such as games

Soft remedy:
Use troubleshooter to optimize battery life.
HOnly at idle or very basic task like writing a document or watching a video. or soft programmes that dont use power.

What I have tried:
Reset pin
Troubleshoot
Inspecting the physical battery
BIOS defaults
Reset pc
Change os
Changing AC charger 
uninstalling driver 

Still no real fix. I am from Nepal so replacement parts takes months So for heavy task How Can I use AC without crashing? Thank you
