How to update/reinstall BIOS from a computer that can’t boot?

I have a E5-575g laptop and I updated the GPU recently, it went to blue screen and then it doesn’t boot to windows anymore. I tried all the options on the advanced repair that you can access after failing to boot windows three times, sadly nothing worked. I consulted to some sites and updating/reinstalling bios they say is the next thing to do. But for every product it’s very specific. Can anyone give me some step by step process on how to do it? Sorry for my bad english.

    Turn on your laptop→keep pressing F8 key→troubleshoot→advanced options→startup settings→restart
After restart press F5 you will boot in safe mode with networking now download DDU(Display driver uninstaller) run problem→select gpu→clean and restart.
    You will boot in window
Now update your gpu driver by downloading and install nvidia software from nvidia driver site you need to select your gpu details.
the thing is after booting the laptop into safe mode with networking it still cannot get past the black screen after showing the acer logo loading. I tried all the startup options and I still get the black screen can you please just give me the steps on how to reinstall the bios. I've been trying to solve this problem for like a week.  thank you.

No, because I can't do that. Since there's no way to login. I get black screen before lockscreen, even in safe mode.

Turn on your laptop then keep pressing F2 key you will boot in bios now change some settings
1)disable secure boot (if option is grey out then set supervisor password 1st)
    2)enable F12 boot menu
3)change bios mode(boot mode) from UEFI to Legacy

After doing these settings save and exit.
LAPTOP will restart then shutdown again
    Now,
Insert your bootable usb then turn on your laptop and keep pressing F12 key you will boot in usb from there install fresh new window

(While installing you will get two options upgrade and custom, select custom then format disk in which Previous window is installed then go ahead next)
