My Acer Nitro 5 AN517 won't charge. It will work while plugged in but the battery won't charge.
I bought it on 2/16/2020 and by 3/27/2020 it wouldn't charge. It was past a month so Best Buy wouldn't do anything. I ordered a new charging cable and it charged it for about 5 days then it didn't work. I contacted Acer support and they said I would have to send it in and would be gone for over a month, which I can't do right now because my daughter is using it for zoom meetings for online school and her school work. They offered to send a new cable to see if it would work. It also worked for about a week and now it doesn't work. I've tried resetting the battery by holding the power button for 15 seconds then restarting after 15 minutes, that didn't work. I also deleted the battery drives and that didn't work. Any ideas on how I can fix this. I really shouldn't be having these problems a month after purchasing this. Thanks
