Acer Nitro 5 ryzen 5 frame drop

I bought an Acer Nitro 5 ryzen 5 less than a year ago and im facing a lot of frame drops and lag spikes than before. I used to get higher fps earlier but the same games are lagging now. Please help.

Play your game when there is fps drop click on window icon then open nitrosense and check temperature.
