Need help resetting or loading new Windows 10

I've got an Aspire E 15 (E5-576G-5762) and have been working through some problems.  System has been running painfully slow - like dragging tot he point of crashing.  Frequent crashes.  Whirring sound - like it's always processing.  Starts after I've been working for half an hour or so.  So I'm at the stage of resetting or reloading Windows 10.  I've got all my personal data off of the computer.

I was advised to "Reset" - but I don't seem to be able to do that.

From the Safe Mode, I went to the System Reset page - and got a response that I am unable to do that without a disk.  And I don't have disks.

From the Troubleshoot page - I am unable to do a System Image Recovery - says "Windows cannot find a system image on this computer" - and asks for a hard disk or DVD from a backup set.  And I don't have these disks.

From Trouble Shoot page - I am unable to do a System Restore - well I can but the only restore points are from this month and this computer has been having problems for months.

So, what do I do??

BTW, I'm a novice, so really don't know what I'm doing - just trying to follow all the steps that are recommended.  Thanks!

You can try Alt+f10  to reset the unit while the unit is starting up. If that dont work and if its asking for a recovery DVD or a flash drive with win 10 than you can contact Acer store to get one or contact Acer.
Check the below link to contact Acer

Thanks.  No - same issues I mentioned above with Alt+F10 - requires a disk.  I went to ACER and since my computer is one month out of warranty, they don't provide support - so there's no one to contact.
