ASPIRE 3 A315-53-55Y1 Screen Upgrade ?

Hello, fellows! I have purchased an ASPIRE 3 A315-53-55Y1, which does not have a very satisfying screen resolution(1366x768). Having this said, I started searching for possible screen upgrades, but I haven't found anything specifically to this model. When I put it on https://www.laptopscreen.com/English/model/Acer/ASPIRE%203%20A315-53-55Y1/ , it presents two models , none of which indicating FULL HD resolution. I wonder if it would be possible to have such upgrade on this machine, since I've found so many similar models (including some of the A315-53 line) being able to. I've also seen that in order to have a full hd screen working properly, the laptop should have a 2-lane edp connector, I've opened mine but couldn't distinguish rather it's a 2 lane one or not. Here are some details about my model:

Yes, you can upgrade to a FHD panel, please read the discussions below, the cable in your model is compatible with single and 2 lane panels.
