Very unhappy with the bugs I'm getting with my new Nitro N50-E600.....
I purchased a Nitro N50-E600 last week, and initially it was working just as expected.
Now, I am experiencing two issues:
First, it will often not recognize one or both connections in the front audio jacks. I use headphones and a microphone for work, and 5/6 times I need to move the computer and plug them in the ports in the back of the computer. Sometimes it'll see there's a connection but won't transmit the input or output, and other times it'll simply say that the audio ports at the front of the machine just don't exist.
Also, sometimes (1/3 times), when I log onto the computer, it'll take about 10-15 minutes and log me in a temporary account. There's only one account on the computer, and I always enter my password.
Very very disappointed in this. It's been a week and I'm already fed up.
Do I have to reinstall Windows? It's already up-to-date but I may try this. Not thrilled at the thought of losing all my programs and settings...
Did this happen to anyone else? Do I have a straight-up defective unit?
