My A315-31-P6Q3 laptop has suddenly gone to a BLACK SCREEN, not turning back on.

Hi,
I ordered a new AC adaptor to charge my laptop, I switched on my laptop and it was working completely fine, after 5mins it suddenly went to a black screen.

After a while whilst on charge I tried turning my laptop on again but nothing has happened, still experiencing the 'black screen'. 

The 'orange light' turns on and turns blue after a couple of secs but screen does not turn on. I have tried resetting the battery, pressing the reset button at the bottom of my laptop for 15 secs, waited 30mins and still nothing. 

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks 😁

If your computer will not power on or your battery is behaving abnormally, try resetting the battery using the pinhole reset button. This process will temporarily disconnect and then reconnect the internal battery.

1. Unplug AC power adapter.
2. Locate the battery reset pinhole on the bottom of the computer.
3. Insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole. Hold the reset button for 4 seconds.
4. Let the computer sit for 5 minutes with no power.
5. Connect the AC adapter and power on the system
