    Same computer, same wth (to be polite) here, can't reset factory, can't reinstall, can't delete, can't do sh...anything.

    Same results in despite of tweaking uefi security settings in bios...

    Acer mods comments are more than welcomed.

    There's no override for clean (maybe you ment the "ALL" parameter) and  both delete partition (simple and with override) I've tried yielded success but NO CHANGES WERE ACTUALLY PERFORMED.

    I guess the SSD went bad and since it was still in warranty, I returned to the store.

    I know this is an old thread and this may be a dumb question, but did you open the command prompt with Admin authority. If you did not then you can't delete anything.
