I touched my power supply (to monitor)and it burned my hand, then I plugged in another power supply then it turned on but it still had this black screen, could it be something got burnt? Inside monitor ?

It's possible, are the two power supplies identical or do they have different voltages or watts? Which specific monitor model do you have?

Yeah, a 9V won't work. You need to match the original one. Do a bit of Googling and you should find a replacement fairly easily.
