Charging port on Nitro 5 AN515-53 is not working properly.

I've had the laptop for a couple years and it never had any issues but recently it would start to disconnect while charging. I've opened up the laptop and tried to see if the port was loose or anything and it is very wobbly in the housing, yet the cables are connected properly. It's out of warranty of course so i figured it would be easier to replace the port myself. I'm not sure how to find the exact part id so i can order a new port, since its not soldered to the motherboard and is a simple harness that plugs in. Anyone know where i can find this information or how i could fix the port itself.
