I am currently using Acer Aspire V5 and unable to enter safe mode and I am getting message as undoing changes to your computer and trying to recover Installation and It is coming in loop, system is restarting. Please provide solution as I require solution badly.0

You may not press alt+f10 correct time do this↓
Turn on your laptop then keep pressing F8 key you will boot in bluescreen now go to →Troubleshoot→advanced options→startup settings→restart

I followed the below steps:- In the Windows 10 download page, download the media creation tool by selecting Download tool now, then run the tool.
In the tool, select Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO) for another PC > Next.
Select the language, architecture, and edition of Windows, you need and select Next.
Select ISO file > Next, and the tool will create your ISO file for you.
To use the ISO file as a backup for your PC or on another PC, burn it onto a DVD.

Okay,now turn on your laptop→keep pressing f2 key you will boot in bios now change some settings↓
1)disable secure boot (if option is grey out then set supervisor password 1st )
2)change bios mode from uefi to legacy
3)enable f12 boot menu
After doing all above settings save and exit your laptop will restart, shutdown your laptop by holding power button
Now,insert your usb→turn on your laptop and keep press F12 key you will boot in usb.

Pressing F2 might not work to access the setup menu, but hitting Ctrl+Alt+Del will pause the startup process and allow you to then press the F2 key to access the setup menu. You should try using just F2 first, but if it doesn't work, reboot and try the three-key process first

- Completely shut down your computer.
- Press the Power button.
- Tap the F2 key when the Acer screen appears.
