Help about NitroSense on Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54

Hi guys, i just wondering why my nitrosense not opening or working. i did all the guides on youtube and also I read some thread here. i did the lodctr /R and install predatorsense instead of nitrosense and rename the file thingy. but even one not working.

and my friend have the same model and laptop but his nitrosense is working, I checked my bios is 1.28 the latest one, and his bios 1.23 the default bios when he bought his laptop. i bought my laptop April 2, 2020 and some window update installed and boom my nitrosense isn't working anymore.

anyone can help me about this problem?

I tried re-install it and same not working, i tried preadatorsense and rename the file to my model not working, i tried lodctr /R and same not working , i tried end task all of related nitrosense task and run it again and still not working, i tried old version of nitrosense still not working.

Press window + R then type services.msc
Now in services window scroll down find nitrosense or predator sense services make sure service is running if service is stopped right click on it→properties→startup type→manual→apply→ok

Now, restart system and try to open it

Uninstall nitrosense or predator sense
Now, disable your antivirus if installed otherwise go to settings turn off real time protection then install nitrosense and try to open

not working sir, is there a chance to downgrade the bios to 1.23?

Try again-
Uninstall nitrosense or predatorsense then open cmd as administrator and type lodctr /r
(If command gives any error try 2-3times)
After completing
Install nitrosense then open nitrosenseUWP folder then run APPXBUNDLE type file then install or reinstall this v30
