Unable to boot from USB (AN515-53-52FA)

I have an Acer Nitro 5 and it is not letting me boot from a USB.

 My computer recently had a problem where it could not boot Windows and is stuck at a Blue Error Screen which says, "A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed" Error Code: 0xc0000185. 

I have decided to download windows 10 and put it into my 30GB Fat32 USB stick and see if it can boot up my computer. I went to BIOS and changed the priority order to my USB and then restarted the computer. It would load the Acer Logo with the spinning loading animation for a minute and then switch to a black screen. The computer is still running but is stuck at a black screen. I tried 2 different USB and it works for my other computer but not this one. 

 Please please, I need some help. I have worked on this for 2 solid days and can't get anything. Thank you

You need to follow 2steps to boot in usb 
1)make bootable usb through rufus in partition GPT
2)turn on your laptop then keep pressing F2  key you will boot in bios then disable secure boot(if option is grey out then set supervisor password 1st) then under boot menu enable F12 BOOT option

Then save and exit now, next time insert your us→ turn on your system and boot in usb through keep pressing  F12
