hi all,

firstly i do hope that you are doing well in these surreal times!

As I am working from home I purchased an Acer Predator 27P monitor so that I can use it for work and for my gaming laptopn (ser no. MMTBAEE0079391F6DF4202). It has a 4k tops resolution and is able to run at 144hz.

the problem:
the device manager and intel graphics command center offer max 30 hz at a 4k resolution.
The Surface itself can run at 3000x2000 at 60 hz
I updated the intel chipset driver to the latest March 2020 (tech setup details below)

Question: Is there any way that I can run at 60 hz? If so what do I need to do?

Thanks a ton for you support and stay healthy!!

Best

How are you connecting the laptop and monitor? Straight DP, or HDMI, or an adapter, or ...?
