Acer Nitro AN517-51 Power Limit Problem

Hi everybody,
First, sorry for my English.
This is my first topic and for message here.
I bought Acer Nitro 5 AN517-51 before a week, everything was perfect. But sometimes my latop was a little bit hot. I searched and ı found a way for cooling the laptop "undervolting". I installed Intel XTU and i did a stress test, then i saw the yellow line "Power Limit Throttling". Sometimes EDP/Current Limit Throttling was yellow.
I searched them, watched many videos, read many articles but i couldn't find any solution about it. By the way i installed Throttlestop and i made some settings for undervolting and solving the power limit (when try to stress test, PL1 and/or PL2 is red/yellow). I tested many times but i couldn't solve it. When I perform the stress test, my cpu (load is 100) is about 2.9-3.1 ghz. and when i try it with undervolting, it is 3.3-3.4 ghz. And my cinebench 20 performance is 2323 (my maximum performans with undervolting settings).
By the way, when cpu isn't 100 load, free, i can see it is 4.1-4.3 ghz. I didn't understand.

Power limit throttle means to me that the cpu has not enough power to operate at the desired speed... BTW 73C is far away from overheat.

Why did you have done all this in a first place? 64C is the only temp visible on the screens ane you haven`t mention it in your post (except "little hot")so if this is the problem and I wouldn`t agree that this is a real problem. My recommendation is, in case you have an issue operating the intel SW to ask their forums for solution, as I can`t see any issue as stated above.

Here is my another intel xtu stress test. i added it to below. Laptop's tempereture is about 73 celcius degree. Also i opened Nitro Sense Application, and i selected High Performance. I always use a cooler under my laptop.

My main problem is about "Power Limit Throttling". I cannot use my cpu with max performance. When I start the benchmark (or stress test), i always see "Power LimitThrottling" and sometimes "Current/EDP Limit".

By the way, you can see the undervolting is -0.136V on the right side.

What happens when you remove the undervolt and use it with stock voltages?

Yes i don't any problem with laptop's tempereture. How can i solve "enough power to cpu" ? I use original adapter, also I bought my laptop before 1 week ago.

Just don`t undervolt it.

Thank you again for replying my questions.
You can see the cpu speed is 3.2 ghz, but we know i7 9750h cpu is up to 4.5 ghz. But when cpu load 100, cpu speed is 3.2 ghz without undervolt, cpu hasn't enough power to operate. Power limit is 45w , Turbo limit is 56.25w and i can't increase the power of the processor higher.
I want to solve this problem.

Other possible solution is to uninstall throttle stop.

Yes I watched it but it didn't help, because my laptop doesn't have turbo boost enable or disable options in InsydeH20 (v5.0) Bios.

I did it, but still same.

Thank you very much for helping. But it is probably about firmware or system problem and i can't change it with software. I think like that after that. Perhaps in the future, it can be change with new Bios update. I hope.

This is another one but I do not recommend it:

Open device manager

Click on System devices

Find Intel(R) Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Processor Participant

Right click and uninstall device (make sure you click delete driver software) and then Scan for hardware changes

you should find an unknown PCI Data Acquisition and Signal processing controller, right click and disable this.

this should usually work but NOTE: that windows will automatically update the driver and restore it back so you need to change both your Ethernet and WiFi settings to metered connections in the windows settings for network and internet.

before you run any test make sure you open device manager and confirm that there is an unknown PCI Data Acquisition and Signal processing controller if there isn't you need to follow the steps again.

This method worked for me with no issues to performance or thermals

though the computer does run slightly hotter at idle

I turned off my internet connection, uninstalled thermal subsytem and software, disabled PCI Data Acquisition and Signal processing controller. Opened Intel XTU, I increased Turbo Boost Power Max up to 50w and Turbo Boost Short Power Max up to 75w. Start to stress test. but still same problem. You can see the screenshots. Package TDP is still 45w and 56w for turbo boost and turbo boost short. During the stres test, cpus are around 3.44 ghz. While cpu is idle, it is 4.20 ghz.

I guess there is no solution for power limit throttling. Thank you for your effort and help.
