I am using an Acer Aspire E 15 laptop. When I try to sleep the screen goes to black(off) and the cooling fan remains working. Laptop won't sleep. I can't wake up again and it looks like freezing.. what should I do.

Press and hold the power button on your computer for five seconds. This should bring the computer out of Sleep Mode, or it will do the opposite and cause a complete shutdown, which should allow you to then restart the computer normally

If Hybrid Sleep is enabled, it is known to cause such problems. To disable it, Right click on battery icon→ Power Options→Edit Plan Settings. Click on Change advanced power settings to open the following box:

Change Power Options Hybrid Sleep mode

For your Power Plan, change the setting to Off.
