Factory Reset messed up my laptop.. Please Help!
I have tried to get in touch with Acer for 3 days now and nothing. I have a Acer NITRO 5 (92306945334), I had a small problem the other day and figured a reset would help. I did the Acer factory restore and everything worked fine like the touch pad, and Nitro Since which are currently not working. The previous windows 10 wasn't working correctly after the factory reset so I did a clean install of windows 10 which solved that problem. In turn it cause the current issue where non of my function keys work, the touch pad doesn't work, and the nitro sense doesn't work. I updated the drivers (24 in total) and it still isn't working right.. I an 100% sure its not a virus, its just something missing. My original problem was that my device wasn't able to save mp3 or videos to a file (no file detected to store).. Anyone got an idea what the heck is going on?
