How do I get past the set up screen?
I have an aspire R laptop and was going to give it to my son, so I decided to do a factory reset on it to wipe everything. After doing so, I can no longer get past the set up screen. It asks me to pick a time zone, then a WiFi network and once I connect to my WiFi the laptop it says "just a moment" with the loading circle, and then it just restarts and takes me back to the setup screen to pick a time zone again. After I pick the time zone again the next screen says "why did my laptop restart?" and gives 4 steps to continue with setup. After following the steps (plugging in laptop, connecting to a network, etc.) It goes back to the loading circle and restarts again and takes me back to time zone screen and it just keeps doing so. I've tried doing another factory reset twice where it completely wipes the drive and uninstalls and re-installs windows, I've tried going into the UEFI settings and picked to select everything back to default configurations, I've also done the auto repair option so it can self diagnose itself and then it just says "system did not shut down correctly". I don't know what else to do, the laptop is only 3 years old and I've hardly ever used it except for school work and taxes. Someone please help me.
