Aspire T3-710 DVD-ROM doesn't eject, doesn't play

Hi, the dvd-rom drive doesn't eject but it's recognised in win10. i Have open it with pinhole, insert the disc but nothing, the drive doesn't play, not run, perhaps dead... Any suggestion? Many Thanks

    The DVD drive on your machine is a pretty standard slimline drive. You need to remove the front bezel before you can take it out of the system and you will just reuse that bezel when you put things together with the new drive. Here's a little info:
    And here is a pic that shows the drive itself. Note the standard SATA connector in the rear. Some newer systems used a mini SATA connector instead, so make sure you don't get one of those.

    Ok i'm sorry it's wrong,  on "my computer" there's no dvd decide.  Where can i buy a new dvd drive with the complete slot for the t3??
