Hi everybody,

I have a problem. I would like to reinstall Windows 10 OS on SSD. There is also a built-in 1 TB HDD.

The problem with reinstalling is that you only see the HDD, not the SSD at all. However, I want to reinstall the system on the SSD.

What could be the problem? What information would they need to help me?

Thank you for your help!

Press Win+R. Enter 'diskmgmt.msc'. Do you see the SSD now? Jack E/NJ

Dont know which software you are using or how you cloned your bootable HDD but and for general information, the best way to clone an internal bootable spinner HDD to a new 2.5 inch SSD is to always do it with a SATA to USB cable and clone the new bootable SSD externally, then use a cloning software. The best is Macrium Reflect v7. But, the best and esiest SSD's to clone is the Samsung, as they come with an excellent software called "Data Migration" and also "Magician", hope this helps.
