GPU fan making a lot of noise (like half stuck) and with red light

Hello,

I am a noob user and hardly know anything about computers. I bought my Acer Predator helios 300 Model PH315-51-50Y7 almost 2 years ago and recently it has been making a lot of noise. Much louder than before. I thought it was because of time (partially) but I realized after a few days, there is a red light on the bottom part of my laptop, indicating a problem there.

Performance wise is perfect and I don´t get high temperatures either. It it just that when the fans start working, one of them is making a lot of noise and having vibrations (My guess is the GPU fan after watching some pictures of the components distribution inside). So my questions would be:

How do I fix the noise problem?
Is it possible to fix this problem by cleaning up the fans? Would I be able to open my laptop by myself? Or is it another problem altogether?
Is this a serious problem? Should I stop using my computer for now or Can I still use it normally and play games even, despite the loud noise? How much does the GPU fan problem affect my laptop in the long run If I take more time to fix it (since we are quarantined due to Corona Virus).

Regards

    Good afternoon Qiang !

Record an audio or video in which the sound is audible and post it here for a better evaluation.

Here´s the attached docs. The sound was difficult to record. For reference, it´s like a motorbyke sound. There seems to be something stuck inside or lack of oil? In the picture you can see the red light indicating a problem...

    Really not normal.
By the time of use, they are possibly residues of dirt in the coolers.
