How to resolve black screen issue ?

I m having an Acer predator helios 300 (PH315-52) model laptop. I'm facing a black screen issue many times. Previously when I restored the system the problem has resolved but now the problem did not solve. While resetting I'm getting a message like this - "There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made."  Please help to fix this problem. Waiting for the kind reply.

Step 1. Click on window icon search cmd, open it as administrator.

Step 2. In the Command Prompt window, type the following commands in order and confirm each one with the Enter key:

• reagentc /disable
• reagentc /enable

After completing command try to reset

Thank you for your kind reply. But I can't even open cmd prompt not only through windows icon but also through other methods.
