ACER after sell services

 I have bought notebook ACER spin 3 sp314 on 25 Sep 2019from Dubai, recently I have shifted to turkey, and I got some problem with the camera of my notebook, I send it to ACER agent in Istanbul since Mar 13  2020, up to now they send back the notebook two times without any repair, just today I have received the notebook without any repair, so I refused to receive the notebook.
accordingly, I am very unsatisfied with ACER services and I don't know what is the solution as I tried to call ACER USA and London without any result.
i can send all related E- mail once required.

    Acer support is handled differently for each locale, and I don't know what the procedure is for Turkey or Dubai. Either way though it would be better to contact Acer than to post here, which is a community support board. All you are likely to see here is responses from other users who have had similar experiences. Sometimes one of the Acer folks will drop by, but the only ones who normally frequent here are the board support people, not the product support people.

    I agree with you that the community is not the correct place where I can paste the  complaint ,but can you tell me to whom I can pass my complaint ,In ACER  Turkey there was no one can speak English once you are talking to the front desk  ,even though if I have a complaint against the manager of Turkey brunch to whom can I  contact ??  I have checked whole Acer web site but there is nothing about this   , only I was able to paste my complaint in Acer community   ,might  somebody can understand  /Guide me to solve the problem

    We are sorry to hear you are having an issue with your unit. As our ACE member mentioned, the Community Acer is a peer to peer and in this case you would need help from a direct Acer support channel. If you would like, you can send the SN for your unit in a private message and we will take a further look.
