This is not a question, this is a solution.

There is one thing that bears a big issue that no one talks of - Gaming in Tropical Countries. I am an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54-52H2 User from India, I purchased the laptop in December 2019.
Winter: Temperature was quite cool, about 10 *C. Playing Fortnite at a certain settings gave me 60fps, I had frame-lock. Fans were also comfortable at 4000rpm, CPU- GPU @ 60-70 *C
Summer: Now it is 40 *C, far beyond the temperature at which companies test their devices. Now, in Fortnite, fps dips to 40s when there is a complex scene, never beyond 55fps. I still have the same settings, except I removed the frame-lock. Fans and Temperatures? CPU is at the brink of smashing 100 *C, fans are always at 6000rpm

How many others like me, from Warm countries like Mexico, Sri Lanka or the Middle East have faced this issue?
Well, I have the solution: *Predator-Sense*

Advantages:
1) You get a 125 mV Undervolt, it will help thermals and battery life.
2) You get to install PredatorSense Mobile App and control some features of your laptop through it.
3) It will replace your NitroSense perfectly, even the NitroSense Button will open this.
4) Based on your spec, you MIGHT get to Overclock your GPU.
5) No voided warranties to worry about. You can restore NitroSense if you don't like it.

Reason: Acer Co-Developed 3 devices - Acer Nitro 5, Acer Nitro 7 and Acer Predator Helios 300. All of them have identical designs, specs, features and much more. They have minor changes, but are sold at different price points. The Helios 300, gets a CPU Undervolt and GPU Overclock Capability, that is what we will  be making use of.

Procedure:
1) Uninstall NitroSense, it will cause issues if it remains in the system. I will provide NitroSense restore link for those who don't like PredatorSense after using.
2) Unzip the downloaded folder into some known place.
3) Look for a folder named "Plugs", open it.
4) There will be a folder name "Predator PH315-52". Be very specific about the model name.
5) Rename the "Predator PH315-52" folder as your Laptop Model (will be written on a sticker at the bottom as "Nitro ----- Series"). In my case- "Nitro AN515-54". Model specifier like 52H2 (my model specifier) is required.
6) Make sure you uninstall NitroSense, that is the last thing you want on your PC before the next steps.
7) Now, come out of "Plugs" folder, there will be a "Setup.exe" file, open and install.
8) After the setup is over, open the "PredatorSenseUWP" Folder, right above.
9) In the "PredatorSenseUWP", there will be many randomly named files, there will be one of "APPXBUNDLE File" TYPE, not name, run that.

Voila! You now have the above mentioned advantages and what I feel is a more superior Control Centre that perfectly works.
In Winters, you can Uninstall the PH315 patch and install some other Predator Device Specific Version of PredatorSense by a simple rename of one of the folders to get some cool features.
You can even restore NitroSense in Winters if there are some features you like.

Restoring NitroSense:
1) Uninstall PredatorSense.
2) Unzip NitroSense Folder
3) Run "Setup.exe"
4) Open the "NirtoSenseV3.1" Folder and open the same "APPXBUNDLE File" Type file. You are good to go!

I have heard of users in hot countries sealing the laptop in an oversized freezer bag and putting it in the freezer 1 hour before gaming

Lol. I used to do that with my phone. I mean, I tried. It is so hot here, that it used to get back up to the 30 *C mark in less than 5 mins, just idle. and gaming would put it above 50 *C even faster 😂😥

I am sorry I messed up. I forgot one major step that is to install Intel XTU because PredatorSense communicates to your laptop through XTU. I always have XTU, only after uninstalling it did I realise that it is important too.
Download the EXE file from : https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29183/Intel-Extreme-Tuning-Utility-Intel-XTU-
