Cant load or reset my acer model pa-1450-26 and I can't, it wont let me

When trying to reset my laptop it says "there was a problem resetting your pc" I've tried resetting it each way and the startup repair couldn't repair my pc. When trying to just load up my laptop it just automatically brings up "preparing" and brings up the blue screen with the options. This all started when I was at the desktop and I clicked reset everything then at 79% it said sorry we couldn't do that then I shut it off and turned it back on then the logo loop happened fixed that and couldn't load up to the login stuff or even reset my laptop then I powered it off 3 times and now I'm stuck with the "preparing loop". I just want to reset and start fresh

Which OS version are you running? Since the reset failed it is probably easiest at this point to reinstall the OS from scratch using a Windows install flash drive. You can download the image from Microsoft and create the flash drive with Rufus, but you need the same type of Windows, example Windows 10 Home 64bit.
