I need help ! can’t run any game on my tablet , all crash!

Hello guys 

I have a new tablet I tried to use recently , I wanted to run a game I play on my own mobile (and that game works even on weak mobiles like LG G3 )

But once I run the app , it loads a few moments and instantly crash.

i tried:

1. force restart and reinstalled the operation system
2. clear cache and force stop for the app
3. Uninstall and redownload
4. system is updated
5. In developers options, force x4 msaa is blocked (though it doesn’t matter because I never used it in my phones )

my tablet information is on the following pictures since I have no history with android experience(I use IOS ) 

Pls help 😭


P.S the game I am trying to run is Tennis Clash

sorry for the question , but I wanted to ask if you can tell me what is the name of my Acer tablet model , so I can inform the company with a easy name 

for example when I search in google” Acer tablet game problem “ many come with “Acer Iconia -xx-xx-xx “ 

So in simple words , what would be my  tablet name ?

Is it Acer tablet Iconia A1-830? Or it isn’t Iconia ?

@iKiritoTC you can go to settings→about phone→then there you can see name and model no.
