It keep saying battery not detected
I have an internal battery

Both of them wont work
I know im not the only one with this problem because in the past 3 months I've been reading and finding some solution and they all said the exact same phrase the reset battery or reinstall driver trust me none of that is working please kindly help me and post this publicly because a lot of poeple out there are struggling the same problem that i have

I do see you tried to possible steps to fix the issue. You can also try BIOS default.
BIOS default: power on the unit, but as soon as you power on the unit keep pressing the F2 key so that it take you to BIOS page. Press F9 and press Enter than press F10 and press Enter. the unit will restart.
Still if you have issue than it could be something to do with battery. May be it could be hardware issue

@CONJURER have you checked to verify the battery's connection to the motherboard is good? If there is some corrosion built up on the connector then reseating it several times might help, and of course if it's disconnected you would see those symptoms.
