I bought my laptop at the beginning of January and everything was good but recently fan sound is coming out louder than earlier.
When I check the cpu and gpu usage, it looks all fine and low usage.
Any idea what could be the problem or how can I figure it out?

Run one of the temperature monitoring apps like Core Temp to see where your numbers are running. Now that the weather is getting warmer you are likely working in a warmer environment which means the fans will have to work harder to get as much cooling as before. Also as your system ages you can build up dust on the fan blades, and that can cause excess noise as they become slightly unbalanced.

I checked with HWmonitor it shows temp is between 50-60°C which is ok. Dust is possible but if i open the laptop, my warranty will be not valid anymore. You think that i should return it back to service better?

Try this, take a toothpick and gently put it into the fan blades through the louvers on the bottom of the laptop, when the blades hit the toothpick it will knock a bunch of the dust off. Then use a vacuum to suck some of the loose dust back out. Sometimes that helps enough, sometimes it doesn't. :)
