Charger gets disconnected continuously

Hi
I have a Acer Aspire VX5 and all of a sudden my laptop started to behave like this:
Every time i connect my charger, after a while (i'm not sure but it may happen after it reaches ~60%) it starts to get disconnected and in like 10 seconds it will connect again. i searched alot in this community and other websites to find a solution but so far nothing solved.

Attention: it doesn't matter if my laptop is On or Off, looking at its charging light, I have this problem in all situations either i'm using it or its idle or when its off. all the time.

i used solutions related to battery reset button under laptop or pressing bios reset to factory option on boot. also after this happened, i installed a new windows 10 to be sure its not because of my softwares i installed.

Did you try with a different charger and check, just to make sure the problem is with the charger or the charging port on the laptop.

not yet ( i dont have any similar charger )
do you think the possibility of bad charger is high?

Cant tell you exactly were the problem until you check with another charger. Yes it could be the charger but not sure. so please check .

today morning i used acer care center to check my battery again and this is the result:

can this be why i have this problem? or its just another problem i have to check and fix later.
(something else that when my laptop is on battery, it turns off at 30-40%)
(i didnt test a new charger yet, will do it asap)
