Hello, I had just tested both Hyper X DDR4 2400mhz 8GB and 4GB memories in my laptop, and both run only at 2133mhz, I know that my laptop is capable of 2400 because previously I had tested a cheaper Kingston DDR4 8GB 2400mhz and it successfully run at 2400mhz. I did some research and read something about setting Intel XMP in the BIOS, but the Acer BIOS does not give this function (I've already updated the Sneezy BIOS to the latest version 1.11). If the problem is with the BIOS, is there a way I can make a request for the Acer developers to extend the 2400 capability or add the XMP feature?
The fist device is the Hyper X 8GB memory module, the next below is the internal 4GB memory.

Your laptop should run at 2400Hz DDR4 RAM with modules at rated at 2400Hz or greater. Return the HyperX to the vendor for a refund or exchange to Micron, Hynix or Kingston modules recommended by ACER. HyperX seem to be mislabelled as 2400Hz. Jack E/NJ
