My PredatorSense won't open once Startup happens after I log in into my Laptop (Predator Helios 300)

I tried going to Startup Apps in Windows Options but it isn't there. I also can't add it on Startup apps. I just want to see my keyboard settings light up different (colorful) when I log in, rather than blue lights. It's tiring to open the app and configure setting there once I log . I want it to startup on it's own. I'm calling to you all ACER COMMUNITY, let us help each other, HELP ME, What should I do?

1)close all nitrosense services from task manager 
2)Run cmd as administrator and type command -
                        lodctr /R
(R must be in capital letters exact how i written)
3)after typing this command press enter then close CMD and open nitrosense
(Try command 2-3times if doesn't working or showing error)
