Two weeks ago, I tried Zoom and Skype but the webcam camera is not working. Now I tried to take a photo and got the following error message. 0xA00F4292<PhotoCaptureStartTimeout>. Finally, I traced the error to be the missing stream.sys. Uninstalled the drivers, as instructed by Microsoft, then rebooted, the camera was reinstalled, but the file is still missing, although it exists in system32 and the DRIVERS folders. All apps are permitted access to the camera. How can I fix this?
