Your laptop is equipped with intel RAID controller and the default setting in bios is RST with optane. In case you don`t need to build RAID arrays my advise is to change it to AHCI. Lem me know if you whish to change it and I will tell you how to do it  without reinstalling Windows.

This is how it is done:
    1. Click the Start Button and type cmd
    2. Right-click the result and select Run as administrator
    3. Type this command and press ENTER: bcdedit /set {current} safeboot minimal (ALT: bcdedit /set safeboot minimal)
    4. Restart the computer and enter BIOS Setup
    5. Change the SATA Operation mode to AHCI from either IDE or RAID (Go to BIOS screen, move to Main tab, press Ctrl+S buttons together, press F10 to save and exit, AHCI option should be available in Main tab.)
    6. Save changes and exit Setup and Windows will automatically boot to Safe Mode.
    7. Right-click the Windows Start Menu once more. Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
    8. Type this command and press ENTER: bcdedit /deletevalue {current} safeboot (ALT: bcdedit /deletevalue safeboot)
    9. Reboot once more and Windows will automatically start in AHCI Mode                                                      Please click Yes if I have answered your question.

the problem is I wanna change SATA operation mode to AHCI but I don't follow this method you have mentioned I follow this one https://samnicholls.net/2016/01/14/how-to-switch-sata-raid-to-ahci-windows-10-xps-13/ and after that, I can't boot to windows so I wanna restore this change on the controller to start from zero following your method or another one.

Why do you need the name of the driver? Just go back to rst  in bios and windows have to boot.
